Gaming computers on sale black friday
The IPS panel may not have the best colours and contrast around, but it's built for performance. With a 4ms response time and an overclockable Hz refresh, you'll be flying in competitive games.
The R curve is subtle enough to add to the immersive experience without getting in the way too. It's FreeSync and G-Sync compatible too. It's one of our favorite monitors and the model is only a couple of years old.
Not a bad buy. High-refresh rates and 1ms response times make it a punchy offering, and viewed straight on the colors are decent.
It's got a tiny bezels on the top and sides for multi-screen setups, and also supports AMD FreeSync for smooth gaming. At Hz, with a 1ms response, it can still hold its own. It's more built for speed than image fidelity.
Plus, you're looking at nice 27 inch IPS panel, so there's that. This is actually a monitor we've come in contact with a lot, as Jacob used to have a pair of these at home. These don't offer the most amazing picture quality in the world, but if you're looking for a cheap way to buy two monitors at once, this is it. A decent saving on a quality screen. You know why? It comes with a Hz refresh rate, and for a TV its response time isn't all too bad at 13ms either.
It's not rapid-fast like some of the others on this list, but say you only want to play Stardew Valley on the big screen, it's pretty darn good. Similarly, it's good for, you know, watching TV. This particular screen is fit for Hz gaming and harnesses the full capability of OLED for wonderfully deep picture quality and contrast. It comes with built-in speakers and auto color calibration. If you weren't thinking about getting a gaming projector, you are now!
Being a short throw projector means there's less faff when looking for a place to put it. It should work from your coffee table so no need to hang it overhead or tuck it somewhere behind the sofa. And sure, it's no lightning-fast PCIe 4. Will make a speedy extension to your games library, or a decent boot drive in its own right. Strong 4K performance and solid real-world performance make for a quality option, particularly at this price. With the SN and Pro offering roughly the same performance but for a lot less, it's been hard to unreservedly recommend Seagate's drove.
This is the stuff dream machines are made of. While we've had faster PCIe 4. It's DRAM-less and fairly barebones, but for the money, you can't really complain. It runs a bit on the toasty side, so you'll need good airflow in your system, but once you've got that sorted you'll enjoy incredible performance in your games. If you're looking to boot the hard drives out of your rig, then this is one of the more affordable ways of doing so.
Samsung's a good brand, and while the QVO is nothing to get excited about in terms of performance, it'll serve you well. And there's enough space here to rid yourself of that pesky HDD for good—and it's especially worth is for that price.
It'll outperform a hard drive any day of the week, and it won't be as hot or noisy when doing so. Seriously speedy reads and writes, impervious to dust and water, and all for a bargain price. You'll do well to find anything better right now—you will need a speedy USB 3.
And hey, it looks pretty good too. Great overall performance and a sleek, rugged casing make it a great performance drive for console and PC gamers alike. It's a standout choice for the Softweave Plus Fabric design, and is a top tier design, pink or not.
It may not come with magnetic headrests but it's highly adjustable, and there are more designs to choose from than with the Titan. With a modest discount it's still not 'cheap' but this SoftWeave version is beautiful to sit on, and super comfortable too.
With a loud green trim and subtle snakeskin design, the Iskur is a distinctive gaming chair, from a trusted brand. It has incredible back support, cooling material for active gaming positions, and a year warranty. It's pricey, but worth it, and we rarely see it discounted.
The main drawback is some minor armrest rattle, but otherwise it's a great, well-built chair, and perfect for the bigger-framed gamers among us. It's not the cheapest option but its the most modular, highly ergonomic and we're totally convinced it could survive a nuclear blast.
And if the black-grey combo doesn't turn your crank, you can also opt for brighter blue and red accents instead. It's not the most well padded and in full recline apparently feels a little precarious, but it's comfortable, well built, and great for wider folks. It's highly customisable, like the Embody above, but is made from lighter, mesh fabrics.
It's very comfortable, too, though we do prefer the gaming stylings of the Embody as well. Still, the Aeron is a great option if you're willing to invest in your desk setup with a superb ergonomic chair.
One thing it offers that others don't, however, and it is an expensive optional extra, is RGB LED lighting around the top of the chair. I mean if that's your style, it certainly has a unique selling point.
It also comes with additional head and lumbar pillows, supports up to pounds, and offers an extra color option: The Vartan is available with blue , white , red , and purple accents. This chair is actually a match for Vertagear's by nearly the same name, so you can rest assured it's from a reliable manufacturer. One for the Alienware fans that want everything to match, chair and all. Head cushion, back support, and a selection of nicely stitched finishes compliment the PL's price.
It's a little lozenge of microphone joy for the casual user, with a price tag to match. You can get it in white or pink, too, and now all the colors are discounted! It's a super-simple mic, using the internals of more expensive options within a basic package. I mean, there's not even a mute button And it's got a great name.
Makes me think of a tiny abominable snowman, and that pleases me. It's the perfect beginner's capture card and will take the encoding load off your GPU at bitrates up to 60 Mbps.
Though it's worth mentioning that it doesn't come with any capture software of its own, so you'll have to rely on your own OBS Studio nouse. But it's got great picture quality and will do 4K passthrough so you can game at 4K and output at p for capture and streaming. It delivers an impressively sharp p image, and its autofocus is quick and it has reliable white balance, too.
It's frustratingly expensive normally, but at this price you are getting an accurate, responsive mouse with that iconic DeathAdder styling. A true weapon of a gaming rodent.
It's one for the competitive gamer's who like to fling their rodent about the place. Especially with this deal over at Best Buy. You can also rest assured this is a high quality mouse from a reputable brand with a great ergonomic shape. One that comes with three interchangable side plates for a host of play-styles. Just make sure you don't lose the cable because nothing else fits. In fact it's actually got one up on the Pro, because it comes with the excellent circle-of-buttons panel which Razer annoyingly ditched for the updated wireless version.
It's a fan favourite, and we're big fans too, although clearly it's a lot pricier than your average gaming mouse, even a wireless one. With the included charging dock, though, you can take the hassle out of charging your battery. Though it's not got the highest DPI in the business, it boasts great ergonomics and decent build quality, too—there's not much more you can ask at that price.
The angular shape might put you off initially, but it's super comfortable in the hand, and the Logitech Hero sensor is one of the best around. And at half price now, it's a no-brainer. Perfect for those who crave a floaty mouse with zero cabling to tie it down. Still, the only other downside was the price. Not so much right now. That said, it has tracked at this price for a few months on Amazon, but that doesn't make it any less of a deal today if you're in the market.
We've singled it out as the 'best gaming keyboard for per-key actuation,' so it's for those who hold speed as a top priority. It's mechanical, using Logitech's own Romer-G switches, and is built to last. Only thing is it's available with red lighting and not RGB. I know that'll be a dealbreaker for some, but for a mechanical keyboard it's great value. For the pro gamer in your life who has no time for numpads. What's great is you get a low profile, spill resistant keyboard from a trusted manufacturer.
Optical switches make it faster than your average mechanical board, and you get a wrist rest as well. Not too shabby. We don't know these red key switches it's touting, but they're rated at 50 million keypresses. And silent ones too, so none of that clicky-clacky nonsense. They can be a little inconsistent, but the mic is top tier, you'll be gaming in incredible comfort with these babies strapped to your brainhole.
And with a detachable mic, 7. Its USB adapter also makes it more versatile for cross-platform usage. We gave it an 82 in our Cloud Alpha S review , so you can bet it's a cracking headset, but particularly so at this price. Along with 7. It's simple, works great, and its USB connectivity means you have the option to adjust volume and mute your mic with the in-line controls. This headset tends to drop down to this price, but nonetheless, this is still cheap for this one.
It's not often we see many open-back gaming headsets, with a microphone included, and that makes for a more open, wider sound without having to buy separate gear. He loves his pair and couldn't recommend them enough if you're just getting into high-end audio.
He's not joking. They're pretty darn similar, too, with the same construction and factory of origin. Yet the HD 8XX have been tweaked a little bit, which reportedly makes them slightly less neutral sounding than the HD S, and so ultimately offer a different listening experience. With a banging frequency response and the added convenience of a wireless design, we cant recommend these enough.
The sound quality is really impressive for the money too. The battery life isn't as strong as some, but it's still a decent offering, especially at this reduced price. If you find a gaming laptop with older hardware in it, don't write it off immediately, however. We usually see some laptops with dated hardware and deep discounts, and honestly, they're great if you're on a budget.
While gaming laptops have been around for a long time, Razer really was one of the first companies that actually made them portable, shoving a bunch of performance into a light and portable shell. And even years later, it's one of the best gaming laptops on the market, especially if you want something you can take out without outing yourself as a gamer. Read the full review: Razer Blade We love the Alienware M17 because it combines extreme gaming performance with a beautiful inch display.
And while it's definitely not as thin and light as a Razer Blade, this large laptop is still pretty easy to carry around with you wherever you go.
And, Dell is usually pretty good at putting its Alienware laptops on sale for Black Friday, so now might be the time to jump in on it. Read the full review: Alienware M17 R4. Right now, the Asus Zephyrus G15 is ranked as our best gaming laptop - and it's not hard to see why.
It's thin, light and sleek while also packing enough power, thanks to the AMD Ryzen 9 chip housed within. And, while this is a very expensive device, we usually see at least one flash sale on Black Friday for an Asus Zephyrus laptop. If that happens this year, our advice is to jump on it as soon as you can.

As much as we like building our own PCs, it's a lot of stress and money that could be saved—especially at this time of year.
If you really want to build your own PC, you could always grab a pre-built, keep the GPU and sell any parts you don't need. That sound's like hassle to me, and isn't the most cost-efficient method, but them's the breaks right now.
If that's your plan, then here's our standard gaming PC build guide. Still, there's no shame in using a prebuilt gaming PC out of the box. Many of us do. The professional cooling design and cable management can be pretty slick, and it's nice to have a warranty where offered. The other day, Alan published a good breakdown of what you can expect to spend depending on the Nvidia series GPU you're after. If you find a PC with an RTX series card on sale, make sure it doesn't cost more than one with the equivalent series card!
Here's what we recommend right now:. At the very least you're getting a new GPU, and in the last 12 months, that's a win. When configured with slightly more storage and RAM than the base model which would have been just GB and 8GB respectively , it's a little more to the average PC enthusiast's taste.
The discount isn't all that amazing, but it's not a bad way to snag the RTX , which is hard to find elsewhere. It's more than you have to spend to get an RTX , but the other specs are good enough to warrant the price.
