I think, from what you have written, that it can all be used, but any single application can only use 2GB maximum of it.
Thanks, in advance, for your response. And all apps will be allocated 2GB - though the app may not be utilizing it all. The app will then share the kernals' 2GB - so logically; if the other apps are not that intensive, then one app could utilize more of the kernal than others as needed for intensive needs.
